Kathleen Tait is a dynamic healthcare Business Development Executive with a proven track record of advancing organizational goals for external facility expansion, market expansion and revenue growth. With 20 years of experience, her focus has been to engage and navigate services across functional teams (Legal, Marketing, Market Access, Ops, Business Insights, Medical Recruitment) to identify, create and evolve service offerings that add customer value.

Kathleen spent over a decade with Cancer Treatment Centers of America (now City of Hope) as part of Business Development Leadership, where her team directed global growth initiatives and domestic facility expansion for the oncology network. She and her team developed strategies to expand the brand and explore alternative distribution models, focused on enhancing patient acquisition. She collaborated with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities aligned with company objectives and assessed competitive trends to inform decision-making and future growth.

Most recently she led provider and clinical recruitment efforts with a PE backed healthcare portfolio company. In this capacity, she partnered with executive leadership to spearhead provider recruitment for a high-growth dermatology and plastic surgery clinic network. The group scaled from 4 to 28 clinic locations within 24 months, enhancing regional service accessibility.

She currently serves as a consultant at a boutique healthcare recruitment firm, where she services clients in a variety of ownership structures: private practices, PE backed clinics, specialty hospital settings and hospital systems. Her work establishes a high level of communication across client and leadership channels to track performance, increase satisfaction and create new strategic opportunities.
